The Conference Center is available year round for retreats, family outings, church gatherings, and company business meetings.

The camp is also available during the winter months for camping and we welcome the use of the campground!

Below are the prices for using the conference center and other price incentives while using the campground:

LOTS
Daily lot rental	$20
Tent camping daily rate (in designated area)	$15
Annual parking permit	$200
Discounted Rates
Weekly rate (7 consecutive days)	$100
4 week prepaid rental (7 consecutive days four times)	$200
Rent 3 lots at non-discounted rate, get 4th free!

CONFERENCE CENTER
Conference center rental is $300 for the 1st day; $200 each day thereafter
Individual room rental	$32/day
Center Conference Room	$175/day

PASTORS & GROUPS
Retired pastor & spouse 65 and older - 50% discount off all rentals during open camping times
Pastors 5 free days lot rental or 3 free days conference center room rental (consecutive days only)
Pastor & pastoral staff - 25% discount

Groups who rent the entire campground who complete approved work projects will receive a 10% discount of campground rental.

Trail Day at Whispering Pines - April 4th & 5th, 2008

Come for 2 days and help develop hiking, biking, and running trails!

Overnight Stay:		Lodging is free (bring your bedding, towels & toiletries)
Schedule:
	April 4th	10AM to 5PM Lunch & supper provided
	April 5th	Breakfast @ 8:00AM
		Short devotional & sharing of long & short term goals of Whispering Pines Camp & Conference Center
		Start on trails at 9:00 AM
		End at 4:30PM
(Breakfast & Lunch provided)

We will be spending 2 days cutting down trees and cutting through brush for new trails.

Need volunteers to help with the following:

Additional needs

Chainsaws
Chainsaw oil (we will provide gas if needed)
Possible outdoor recreational vehicles like Gator's, Rhino's, Mules, etc...to help move logs and brush to another area of the campground.
